Nullifire M701 Fire Resistant Sealant is a single-part water based fire resistant acrylic sealant for use on all building and construction joints. It can provide up to 5 hours fire protection at building gaps and moveable joints whilst allowing for 20 % movement. It also provides fire protection around service penetrations. M701 Fire Resistant Sealant is used in conjunction with Fire Batt to fire-stop penetrations in compartment walls and floors. This sealant system also provides acoustic and air sealing performances and is available in grey and white.
